The municipality has been busy with our general maintenance works, such as fixing failures in surfaced roads, grading, repairs and replacement of culverts, culvert cleaning and beaver dam removals, shoulder pulling, mowing, sign repairs and replacements, etc.
Legislation requires that motorists slow to 60 km when passing any and all road maintenance personnel and equipment with lights flashing whether it is in operation or pulled over to the side of the road. Please slow down to 60 for the safety of the workers who are trying to improve the roads for your travel.
